WHAT DOES GATHERED ASSEMBLY DO?
Gathered Assembly is a digital platform for the bride and her bridal party to coordinate bridesmaid dresses. Additionally, if you (the bride) want to pull pre-approved dress options for your bridesmaids to pick from, Gathered Assembly takes your style direction and acts as your personal shopper.
WHO IS GATHERED ASSEMBLY FOR?
Gathered Assembly is for brides and their bridal parties! You will find our tools most helpful if you are a bride with 4+ bridesmaids and if you envision your bridesmaids in mismatched dresses.
WHO SIGNS UP, THE BRIDE OR BRIDESMAID?
In most cases, the bride signs up for the group. However, if you’re the MOH and want to gift a Gathered Assembly package, please reach out!
HOW DOES THE BRIDESMAID PORTAL WORK?
First, the bride will upload her style direction. We’re talking colors, silhouettes, pinterest links, dresses she thinks fit the vibe and any other details.
Second, Gathered Assembly creates a custom web page with that style direction as a mood board at the top, and a section at the bottom for bridesmaids to share what they purchased. Once that’s done, we’ll send out that web page to the bride and her bridesmaids. We’ll include a password (chosen by the bride) to make sure your page stays private.
Third, the bridesmaids will log on and either choose what dress they want to wear from a list of options pre-approved by the bride and/or upload a link to the dress they plan to wear.
Fourth, as the bridesmaids make selections, a gallery will populate below showing what each bridesmaid has chosen thus far. This helps other girls know what is already taken and helps the bride see it all come together.
